How do I make a return?

Should you need to return a product for a refund, warranty, exchange or credit, please contact our technical support department via email at tech@retromanufacturing.com or call 888.325.1555 for a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please be aware, products may be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt (less shipping cost). Please do not return product without your RA, Retro Manufacturing will not accept returned goods without prior authorization.
